2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and your message. Please don’t include health details in the form. We’ll discuss those with you directly.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site records basic technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (section 4).

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and book or manage appointments
• To contact you about your request by phone or email
• To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
• To protect the website and our forms from spam and abuse

We don’t sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and third-party services

We use these services to run the website. Each may set cookies or collect technical information:

• Google Analytics measures website traffic. Its data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you by name. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
• Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from spam.
• Google Maps shows our location.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the website and respond to you: our website host, our form and email delivery providers, our website and marketing agency, and the Google services listed above. These providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. Each one is required to protect it and use it only to provide its service to us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact form enquiries for 12 months, then delete them. If you become a patient, your information is handled under our patient privacy practices.

7. How we protect it

Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to form submissions is limited to clinic staff and our service providers who need it.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it, subject to legal limits. Contact our privacy contact below. We respond within 45 days.
